Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The value of these upgrade is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations can be applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail for instance, is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption function in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based designs in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an item upgrading you have acquired, such as armor, weapon, or ring. This swaps the current item for another similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens are a cost-effective method of upgrading gear. However, they don't retain the level of the original item and any resources wasted aren't refunded.
Survivors can obtain Reroll tokens in a variety of ways, including the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought from the store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of an item upgrader Mod, such as increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can reroll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage that melee and weapons, while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.
Three types of rerolls tokens are available in three categories: upgrade rare, legendary and rare. Each upgrade elevates the item to a better quality. To produce them, you need a higher level reroll token. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, while rare upgrades require a unique or legendary item level upgrade and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on Action spaces The reroll marker is left on the spot until the next Success result is rerolled. This allows you to not waste upgrades.
Blueprints appear as envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Phase and can be opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened, they will display an image and description of the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged for a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's shop for a small amount of money.
This means that blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool (which is the default pool) and the Non-staple Pool during a game. This changes which blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats or characteristics. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the major towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. Moreover, players can obtain these stones by signing daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment to upgrade gear, players must first locate the item then click the "level up button". The screen will show a summary of the item's current level and what it will be after being leveled-up. It will also show the amount of Growth Stones needed to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade an item will depend on its rarity. Typically, rare (blue) weapons require more than one green Growth Stone to reach their next level, whereas uncommon armor requires only one green or blue Growth Stone.
After selecting the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay for the cost. Once the requirements are met, the player can select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The upgrade process can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process is also safe and doesn't impact the item's durability. The system is an excellent choice for those who wish to get an edge in combat but don't want to strain their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer the experience and progression of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.
New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. However, there are numerous ways to acquire these stones, such as signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or getting them from the reward chests of the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the base stats of weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will be upgraded to an upgraded level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded stats will have a blue icon next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Each upgrade component requires the purchase of a certain amount of items, as well as a minimum level of equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left, players can add an item that they wish to upgrade. On the right, an image of the gear will look like at its next level. Once a player has enough materials, pressing the yellow arrow will start the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment may be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of an item will be increased by an amount of. The maximum level for an item is 19.
Once an item reaches the highest level, upgrades will no longer be available for it. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have a discount.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools to provide an added bonus or effect when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this can destroy the old upgrade.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to boost the stats of certain armors and weapons they already have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on its type however, you'll generally require Dilithium as well as a number Upgrade tokens.
The upgrade items can be used to make set pieces or weapons to provide extra effects or a higher item level. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying from the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from raids and bosses. Once an upgrade component is placed in an item it isn't able to be removed or substituted without restriction, however glyphs placed in gathering tools can be swapped out without restrictions.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Some upgrade components also have additional modifiers that can boost the item's stats.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" For example, increases base defense and gives an additional 20% chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Some items are better off being upgraded less for their increased stats and more because it allows players to gain the most value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a flawlessly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x more than the non-upp'd version.
The game will highlight the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the Best item upgrader. This includes the type of item (either weapon or armor) the level of the item as well as the Upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
