The iRobot Home App is easy to use but we found it less reliable than other robotic floor scrubber cleaner applications. It can take a while to download updates, and it is sometimes difficult to tell whether they're working until you see them in action.

If you're looking for a robotic vacuum cleaner that does more than just clean your floors, a hybrid is the best automatic vacuum option. The Freo X Ultra robot vacuum and mop is a clever, well-rounded mop and vacuum. It's capable of mopping and vacuuming. Its design and features are some of the top available - but it's also pricey.

It's a tiny base station that looks great and can be hidden when not in use. The station's main selling point is the fact that it automates a variety of tasks, functions, and chores that other robots have to leave to you. This means it can get stuck or get confused in certain corners or rooms of the house. It's not able to climb stairs as well as some competitors,, and it doesn't have a dock that allows the user to set up an area for cleaning that is specifically designed for carpets with plush padding.

It also has boundaries that prevent it from certain areas. The G30 is more affordable and simpler to maintain. Its smaller dust canister does not require emptying as often and it has less trouble with heavy materials such as cereal.
