The Cloud received one of the lowest scores in our quality tests due to its thin feel, hard plastic seats and a design that is outdated. It's also costly compared to other lightweight strollers and is therefore not the best option when you're looking for a low-cost option.

It's not the tiniest stroller, but it's got enough features to make it worth considering. Its swiveling front wheels make it easy to move on flat surfaces, and it is able to jump over curbs with minimal effort unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle is a downside. It's not adjustable, and it's not adjustable. It's not easy to push while your legs hang in that way. The lack of padding makes it even more difficult.

During our tests and testing, we discovered the Cloud to be simple to open and set up. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You need to slide the slider, and then press the large white button. This can be frustrating if you are juggling children while doing it.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is an extremely lightweight, minimalist double stroller that's great for travel. Another stroller that is extremely light is the Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 lbs. However, it's narrower and smaller (26.5 inches wide!) It's packed with elegant details that make it ideal for travel. It is easy to fold, is very maneuverable and can be tucked away in trunks and overhead compartments of airplanes easily.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ double running buggy and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight double stroller. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but has some key distinctions. It's more expensive but has a better sun canopy and more maneuverability. It comes with a convenient carrying strap and can accommodate kids weighing up to 44 pounds for each seat.

Summer 3D Pac for Infants CS+

If you're looking for a stroller that's lightweight but also loaded with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at just 13 pounds but also has plenty of storage in the form of parent and child cup holders, a child sippy-cup pocket, a parent storage pocket and much more. The stroller is also compatible with a child's chair and comes with a brake with a flip-flop feature that can be easily engaged. It's designed to evolve with your kids twin pushchair from birth a baby stroller to a toddler stroller by simply attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and is suitable for children 6 months of age and up.

Another thing to note about this stroller is that it only has swivel wheels and doesn't have locking options therefore it may not be the best option for terrain that is rocky or hilly. It is able to maneuver well on paved sidewalks and other smooth surfaces, however, so it's still a great choice for most families.

It also has a big canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking out sun than other options in our review of the best double strollers.

The stroller is light enough to be able to move through door frames. This was a major issue with other strollers we tested. It folds easily and its handlebars sit close to the ground, making it easy carrying. The only downside is the small storage space. When it's full of stuff for the kids it can feel squeezed.
