Commentary[edit]

I started Captain America a long while ago now. Initially this was going to be my first character released that uses the smart palette system I institutionalized to allow various costumes all in one mugen character. Now that Cap's code is tight and bug free his sprites are taking a different direction which will continue to delay his release although has been a playable character in SMvC: EoH.
