Cutman (Megaman)

Cutman was my first character. I was a BIG Megaman fan and when Marvel vs. Capcom was released with Megaman, I hoped they would add other Megaman characters in future installments. Unfortunately when that did not happen, it was up to the MUGEN Community to satisfy the hunger for these characters. Cutman was always a favorite of mine. Sprite editing of Megaman was not as difficult as my next character, but still challenging nonetheless.
