Changing Color on original lifebar

I know that it's easy, but never got to doing it myself.
Any help on this please? say i want to turn lifebars blue and powerbar red for example...

export the sprites needed(from the sff file in fighter factory) and edit them in a image program(such as GIMP for example).

Then simply replace the old sprites.

  SWEET! i was curious about this too. I dont have GiMP but Im gonna give it a shot...

OK, so i have all the files from fight.sff, but how do i pack (create) the sff file again.

Open up Fighter Factory again and do the following:

Open up the existing "fight.sff"
Find the sprite you want to replace.
Next Click on the picture that looks like a little folder with the words PCX on it.
Browse to your sprite click open, once done, click  on "Sprites">>>"Save as..." whatever you chose the file to be called.
Make sure you input the new SFF file into your Fight.def
