Was reading more about it and right now its only an Ike texture, so the moveset int he video is a wip.
So when you choose him its Ike's moveset which will look normal in brawl. I'll be messing around with this later but hes also suppose to have the first sound hack for brawl as well, meaning he's suppose to have clouds voice and sound effects
