Yo that's exactly how I saw things, at first I though he was too overated, and didn't see what other pplz saw in him, but now that I've played the games and seen the movies, he's my favoprite, I agree with everything you just said but the last part, Mewtwo is cool, every little last detail about him is cool, I don't mind having Lucario, but I also wouldn't mind havin Mewtwo, they ae both my favorite pokemon, so its a win/win situation for me! !

If a 4th generation Pokemon replaces a 1st gen Pokemon, he sucks.

Lucario: been in 1 animated film
Mewtwo: 2 animated films and a live play, is a clone, and has a robot made in his honor (mecha mewtwo from Pokemon Live)

Mewtwo is bad@ss, and the only reason why Lucario replaced him in Super Smash bros, was because the directors of the game we're really high one night.

Yeah although they pretty much did skin over shadow ball with aura ball.
1 more reason to like mewtwo, he had enough common sense to stay alive in all his films, including the live play.
Lucario freaking commited suicide in his first film. If there's anything worse then a emo kid, it's a emo pokemon. Half way through the 8th movie I was thinking he was going to start cutting himself.  As for the generations, it doesn't make much sense because of Trainer red. I mean they could have just done off with Trainer Diamond or something. Oh well, I guess instead of Mewtwo I'll be using Red instead. Another reason I'll be using red is because "Pokemon Red" was the first game in the series I played (I played Blue afterwards, then those n64 games).
