I know yo fixed it but didnt the original special just punch your opponent into the wall? I dont remember it being a combo hit :|


The original version of the special do that, but for my version I prefered to do it like these (If you don't like these special when you get my char you can edit it ;))

I agree, Capcom let us down with his ending and no follow up. Dude, his ending from MvC 1 should be his game intro!

Just dawned on me, he would have to have a drill attack like Shadowlady cause in the ending when he wakes up and he's like "I'm alive?!" He's in his guard stance with a drill coming from his chest.

Yes he will have an special when he uses the drill :thumbsup: and maybe a winpose using that stand position and the drill


The punch super looks cool and I like the opponent getting slammed to Jin for more comboing but it looks like the guy getting punched stand there for too long before he gets launched. Secondly, will it do super damage or less?
It will make the damage as its shown on the pics.
The problem with the punch is that I made the special to destroy the superarmor that some chars have, thats the reason it takes that amount of time ;)

Use Ken-X's or Ryu-X's hit sounds. They are opensource.

the anims look a lot better than what  the video shows... and also when I.m playing without recording I can make the specials really easy...when recording i have to make the move like 5 or 6 time to work

Regarding the new WIP video.. why is there a small Jin in the upper-left corner??

I added the mini jin while I was I helping shinra368 to make that code...and I haven't removed it 8=|...but on the release I will remove it ( I will left the code there in case you want to add it).. the minijin looks a little bit bad on superjumps stages..it stays too low when you jump

I like that mini jin in the portrait also . I have never seen any other character have that . Kind of a cool touch . glad you will leave the code in for us . This character looks nuts , thunder lightning , Giant hands with fireballs . Reminds me alot of shadow lady for some reason . I think I'll like this guy in my broken characters section on my roster .

I think the after images should be on some moves though . that second vid , it seemed like you took them all out .

keep up the good work !

yes on the second one I take out all the after-images... I wanted to show how the moves looked without them... I will add  afterimages on some moves.. I'm going to make  each one of them different

MiniJin should be the portrait while you fight but a lil' bit smaller 

or you could release him as a seperate char. I can see it now:

the problem making it as the portrait is that not all of the lifebars have the same position for the portraits...and the char would look a little bit weird
