I found this character on this site and I managed to translate the page and it says the guy is from Pia Carrot.

the character is the guy with the black hair.

and when I downloaded him, it says his name is Akuzi Yamamoto

I typed in pia carrot and his name doesn't show up anywhere

Any idea what his name is?

And why is he rated 18?
