Modify Screenpack

I need help modifying a Screenpack Main Menu Screen

I downloaded the "Modern" Screenpack and i liked it a lot.
Here's a pic:


Now what i want to modify in the main menu screen is the title
I want it to say MUGEN instead of MODERN

so how would i do that? I've Fighter Factory

Open the sff file, search for the image, then save at pcx, open with photoshop, write mugen, save it, change the image with fighter factory, save the sff

I got 2 questions:
How can i make the font look better cuz it looks kinda crappy in pcx
You got any clue of wherei can get the same font the screenpack author used?

ok i tried again and the new title just won't show

when i add the new pcx to FF it sometimes shows up and sometimes not

how can i fix this?

again, i made a fast model in windows paint: maybe it works for you, just resize it and paste it in the pcx...


then, i don't know what is happen to it, i don't understand the problem, be more specific...
no entiendo que paso con el titulo, no entiendo el problema, trata de ser mas especifico o... de decirlo en español..

hize un nuevo pcx en photoshop y cuando lo meto al Fighter Factory la imagen a veces se ve y a veces no
cuando abro mugen nunca se ve

fijate de que no haya otro sprite con ese mismo numero y de ultima, reemplaza el original..

i resized the image you gave me and it worked great!

bt, what's the name of that font? i might need it for future edits! 


EDIT: i messed it up
now i was trying to fix that gray space in the letter 'm' and now i only get a blank space instead of MUGEN like this:

fixed it, it was an xy axis problem, sry if im too noob

i don't have the font, i just edited the letters of modern...!
