What's exactly different in your update?

man there is so much, I suggest you grab both characters, take them into training mode and do every attack with each on each other and you'll see and feel the differences. A lot of the things I changed were property changes, sounds, hit boxes, frames...ect I'll try and list as many as I can.
The first things is that he can now cancel most of all his special moves into just about any super if the property allows it. Before you could only cancel certain special moves into certain supers, for example, when you did a light hadouken, you could only cancel it into a light shunkuu Lv1 shinkuu hadouken. Now you can cancel into any hadouken and power geysers.
his normal attacks now have different properties, for example, his jumping hard kick used to cause a strange stun that did not allow a correct stun, the stun only lasted for less than half a second, not letting you follow up with combos and it caused the enemy sprite to fall beyond the Y axis, making him fall to the ground after you tried to combo after the jumping hard kick.
His crouching attacks now have correct spacing on contact and a adjusted stun. There is an amount of push back when hit with crouching attack. And his crouching hard kick now has a more accurate fall property.
His crouching hard punch used to do a mini launch, with him not being a VS character, it was kinda useless to an extent, so now it only stuns instead of launches.
His shinkuu hadouken's now knock the enemy to the ground, they used to just push back. And his Max Shinkuu Hadouken knock the enemy really far across the screen
his air shinkuu hadouken's now causes the enemy to fall.
his light and medium diving kicks now do not knock the enemy down, they stun, setting you up for any 2 in 1 combo you choose.
various sounds for guarding and hitting projectiles have been changed.
sounds for super combos start up has been changed
now power wave and power geyser have to be guarded low
hurricane slam 2nd hit has to be guarded high
max level shinkuu hadouken is now guardable
max level shinkuu hadouken now has a quicker start up time allowing you to combo into it
can cancel diving kicks into air shinkuu hadouken
can cancel hurricane kicks into air shinkuu hadouken
diving kicks now have to be guarded high
air hadoukens have to be guarded high
hurricane kick command changed to D, DB, B, kick and takumatsu combo changed to D, DF, F, kick
medium punch is now an overhead attack, needs to be guarded high
hit box added to back of jumping hard kick for cross over combos
yaccel adjusted, makes him less floaty
walking speed increased
Super speed move is now a charge move, hold back for 3 seconds and press forward and punch, and it now only takes 250 super bar points.
various poweradd and power needed values adjusted.

thats all I can think of now, I can't even remember the rest I did, I've worked on him for 2 days straight. Just take my version, and Ryon's recent version into training mode and just do the moves on each other and look at the hit properties and sound and whatnot. You'll see the changes. Ryon did a masterful job on this guy, i just added a little CVS touch.
