Onslaught behind the floor...

Ok! Here is a good one! Let me know if someone else has asked it before. 

I have Onslaught, and I love the character, but there is one thing that bothers me:

When he is in his 2nd form, his hole body appears in front of the floor. 

So here is the question:
Is there a way to maintain his 1st form as it is, but to make his 2nd form be behind the stage's floor, except for his attacking arm? At least on his own stage, if it's the stage that must be altered.
