Chizuru and Ramon don't work

i've just downloaded SAnder's chizuru and ramon. i know that they're great char but i can't seem to get them to work. they don't seem to be responding to commands.

what can i do?

What do you mean that they don't respond to commands, like you cant control them? I just went and downloaded chizuru and she works fine. Ramon works too but he seems to be missing his palettes and causes Mugen to crash.

oops... sorry abt that. this really wasn't that much of an issue. i just discovered that Sander's characters don't work well in Fighter Factory. (The same with characters by Jin, Beppu, and Choiyer's Haruhi)
