[Stage Update] Shinobi 3 "Whirlwind"

[R.I.C.O - Teros]

Well, i've decided to update one of my favorite stages.



What's fixed:
- I noticed when the screen flashes by a character's super that there was sprite tearing, it's gone now.
- The boat is moving in the correct direction this time instead of reversed (didn't notice till now).
- The boat ride is slower.
- Floortension added (makes it a lot easier on the eyes now).
- Delta's fixed/added.
- A few other tid bits.

What's new
- Replaced the boat top with a new one, it now has paralax and looks 100 times better.
- Joe Musashi (Shinobi 3's main character) now rides past you on his surf board like in the game.

Yeah, the first time going through it he was. If you learn his strategy he is pretty easy.
