Can you download mugen on xbox 360 or nintendo wii

I dont have neither one of these systems but I heard you can go online to any site,yahoo,myspace youtube etc

I also heard you can download games and stuff to your hard drive.Is there a way that you can also download mugen to your hard drive on the 360 or wii?If you can download games from systems then Im pretty sure there's a way you can download mugen.All you would have to do is download mugen from a site(such as this site)get some characters and stages etc and you good to go right

Well, Winmugen works on a regular XBox as long as the XBox is modified to be able to run non-XBox material.
