how to add character intros and endings?

ok I downloaded evil's ken's intros and endings.

The question is how do I get them to work?I put them in evil kens folder and when I loaded up my game I went to arcade mode and picked evil ken and I didnt see any intro.what could be the problem?I tried every mode,arcade vs,etc and I cant seem to get the intro to work.I didnt play it all the way thru to see if the ending  work.

Can anybody please tell me how to get his intros and endings to work?

Here, add this line to Evil Ken's .def File.

; Arcade mode
;[Arcade]
;intro.storyboard = intro.def
;ending.storyboard = ending.def

Replace intro.def and ending.def to whatever the name of the files are and you should be good to go!

Thats what I did.This what was originally in the line:

; Intro Cutscene and Ending
;[Arcade]
;intro.storyboard  = EvilKenIntro.def
;ending.storyboard = EvilKenEnding.def



i changed it to this:
; Intro Cutscene and Ending
;[Arcade]
;intro.storyboard  = Intro.def
;ending.storyboard = evilkenend.def


the name of the evilken intro that I downloaded was intro.def and the sff file had the same name.the name of the evilken ending was evilkenend.def and the sff also had the same name.
Do you know anything else that could be causing the problem and why its not working??

Try removing the semicolons. the little buggers ";"
