No, because if they still steal from Reuben Kee, then that would be grave robbing. Which is illegal, and in some countries, a sin.
Just because Reu is dead doesn't mean SFO wins. Reu may have died before the owners of SFO, but you have to remember

In all respects. The legend of Reu will always be remembered, and it is our job to make sure his name is not tampered. How? By simply remembering him and his masterpieces.
It is through our memories, that he will live on forever. It is through his mugen characters (especially Dragon Claw), that he will live on forever, it is through his music, he will live on forever.
Reuben Kee may be dead, but his spirit lives on. Through all of us.
That is why SFO hasn't won. That is why they will never win.
