naruto defeates snk cause

one
rasengan is a multiple damager and of course causes large damage

two
ninja's use a substitution causing them to not get hurt

three
sakura can punch really hard

four
sasuke has a curse mark which is very deadly

five
naruto has the nine-tailed fox which heals him

thus the snk characters dont recover easily

but i still love snk even though i never played it

and i know the god power would easily beat a naruto character

but so do samurai too. the KOF guys would get stomped, but the Last Blade and Samurai Showdown guys wouldn't go down without a fight.

I'd say Naruto, only because the cast just keep getting more and more powerful, and Gaara has complete dominance over sand.
