OMG NEW FAN GAME

I JUST FOUND THIS FAN GAME OF THE TALES SERIES (TALES OF SYMPHONIA, ABYSS, ETC...)

AND I THINK YOU NEED A DCG OR WHATEVER EXTRACTOR... BUT I AM NOT SURE BECAUSE I DINT NEED ONE. BUT SOME OTHER PEOPLE DID. AND WHEN YOU EXTRACT IT TO WHERE EVER. YOU WILL NEED THIS MICROSOFT APPLICATION CALLED "APPLOCALE" TO PLAY THE GAME... JUST GOOGLE IT... AND JUST FOLLOW EVERY DIRECTION AS FOLLOWED. WHEN YOU ARE PLAYING THE GAME HERE ARE THE CONTROLS

(GOT THESE FROM A VIDEO(TO LAZY TO TYPE IT))

Q. "can someone tell me how to play this game?"
A. "You move with the arrow keys, and use Q, W, E, A, S, and D to use attacks. Then pressing a combination of the arrow keys and attack buttons let you use Artes. Simple, no?"

Q. "the q and w one are difficult do you have a list of those?"
A. "The skills assigned to Q are all Ougis, so for most of them you need a small number of TP to use them.

Everything on W are Hi-Ougis. You need about 50% of your TP Bar to use your skills. Others require Overlimit or a certain other prerequisites, like Low HP. Eveything varies from person to person."

AND THERE YOU HAVE IT... BUT THERE ARE ALOT OF THINGS I DONT UNDERSTAND ABOUT THIS GAME... LIKE OUGI,  ARTES AND HOW TO DO HI-OUGIS (ULTAMITE ATTACK)

not realy. but thats what i thought at first. but its not mugen. looks like it tho

well...i got it.. and its just a bunch of characters made by other people and put in the game... so some are good, some are ok some are bad, and some are horible................. so do you still want it?

and i tried to put tales of mugen in the lost and found... but for some reson some one says im not following the  wtf 


its in there again... and i hope it will stay there this time

edit: i guess the people running this dont want yall to have tales of mugen... sorry
