Yeah, I have a PS3...damn proud too.

I willl say that people that are saying Blu-Ray isn't good, or isn't as good as HD, are either retarded, or have never actually seen a Blu-Ray movie. (That or their T.V. sucks) I can tell you that the clarity, and vibrant colors are clearly evident, on top of that the sound is just incredible. It sounds as if I have a surround sound system.

On to the games, I won't lie, there aren't many games (that I find interesting) on the PS3, but its the same for other systems.

But you won't here me hate on another system, they all have their flaws.
BUT, the 360, I think, has the biggest issue: Crapping out on you. I know many people who have had to get another 360, and I'm one of them. I asked the guys at Best Buy if any one else has come in to get another, they told me, and I quote, "Everyday we get people coming in with dead 360's."
Anyway, I have another 360 (elite version) and I haven't had a problem at all.

Can't say about the Wii, cause honestly, I don't have an interest in it(or have ever owned one), nor have I heard about issues it has...or read of any.  (haven't really taken the time to look into it) but I know I wouldn't get one.......but I'll go over to my friends place and play Mario Kart.....I love Mario Kart. =)

If it wasn't for MGS4, Final Fantasy, and Tekken, I'd probably sell it.

Although I like the custom music feature because in case I don't like music like Halo 3, it gets tiresome hearing

Wii doesn't even need Mario to keep it alive. It has great games already such as:

Metroid Prime 3
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles
Fire emblem
dragon quest swords
disaster day of crisis (I think the game looks good)
Red Steel was great, but the glitches with the controller kind of killed it.

i got all the systems from the start and sorry 2 say but the xbox 360 is just collecting dust for me my ps3 has been doing so much for me with the media server and playing emulators.
games i have are time crisis 4, rock band, fear, ghost recon advanced warfare, call of duty 3+4, rainbow six, warhawk, nba street, resistance, assassins creed, and lair.
im looking forward to unreal tournament 3 which is coming out on the 11th next month, socom, grand theft auto 4, killzone 2, god of war 3, and heavy rain.
360 had problems from the start and still does, it was so bad that gamestop had to get rid of that warranty they had replacing them and i pritty much waisted about $700 on that system which is more then the ps3
well if ya can get ur hands on a 60 or 20 gig ya might have 2 keep ur ps2 if ya want 2 play those games

Well the only one to shame here is you, most of those games are for the 360 too so it's collecting dust because you didn't get some of those for the 360. Anyway it's not like if I care.

here is the thing the 360 death rate is higher than the ps3.

microsoft just rushed the 360 to the stores, that a really good reason why the death rate is higher.

I'm happy with my ps3 and it gets updated all the time = less bugs in the system.

there is one for 299 but its sold out.

blu-ray costs more so that adds to the cost of the ps3.

if you hate the price SO much then don't buy it.

The PS3 is an amazing console.

I hear all of these people saying, "OMG THE PS3 SUCKS!" well... the truth is, NONE of the next gen consoles suck.

I mean, they're next gen consoles for christs sake!

The PS2 dominated last gen, and the PS3 can play your PS2 games, and PS1 games.

So it's easily better than a PS2, which rocked.

You just can't say it sucks =3

As for other aguments I hear the most.

"It has no games"

Almost 300 now, you're right, no games at all... *sarcasm*

"It has no exclusives"

Over 60 exclusives coming, some of them being WIDELY popular. Including...

1. Little big planet
2. Metal Gear Solid 4
3. Tekken 6

And many many more... Wikipedia has a fine list, go check there if you want the full list.

"It's to expensive"

Well whoopedy doo. Of course it's going to be expensive. Do you know what it has in it?
A blu Ray player alone costs nearly 500$. You can buy a next gen console, with a blu ray player included for 400$!

That' a GREAT deal. It also has the best hardware and most features out of all of the systems.

"I don't need all of those extra features, I can just buy addons for my 360"

If you do the math, to get every feature the PS3 has by buying addons plus the 50$ a year for live, you go over 200$ more than the ps3 would cost on it's own.

But all in all it's a GREAT system.

The developers need time to learn this new programming.

This new technology comes with a price.

Once this new programming becomes second nature, games will start pouring out.

Less will go for the Xbox, and more will be for the PS3.

The Xbox will die out, and the PS3 will be... "Victorious".

As for the Wii, it'll stand strong for awhile. But like the PS3 it doesn't have as many games as teh 360, except, the Wii's programming isn't hard. So why arn't any games coming out, hm?

As soon as your whole Wiimote dies out the Wii will die out aswell.

It says it's targetting casual gamers.

Well I'm sure casual gamers won't be spending an abundance of money on video games.

They'll stick to Wii sports and won't buy anything else, so you'll still have your normal nintendo crowd, and it'll lose, once again.
