character help.

i have a problem with 2 characters.exryu from the database,and ken made by  Charlzn64.when i do the shinku shoryuken he gets stuck doing it.and ken when he does his Shippujinraikyaku after he hits the opponent he continues to do the super without stoping unles they block,help please.

I think that the problem its on the changestate , can you post the all the statedef of the shnku shoryuken??
