Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida

Anyone that keeps up with MMA should know who this guy is. Was just too easy a base to pick for him so I made it. The frankenspriting took some time though as I was aiming to mimic his actual fighting stance. Maybe I should of gone with a CvS or SF3 form over Alpha but wanted it to have that Alpha feel.

Was really interesting spriting him though. Went about it backwards from how I usually work. Whatever I'd usually do in a sprite first was last and vice versa.

Also, before anyone asks why I didn't enter it into the sprite competition this week, I just read the issue like two hours ago. So, was too late for that. =P

Not exactly a get hit sprite but something like it. More of a push back sprite, I'd suppose. There is something on it that really gives away the base though. Didn't edit it as much as I usually do stuff. =P

Your sprites are great Batzarro . Livewire, Daredevil, Warstar and Kool-Aid man are my favorites so far. Could I ask, which bases did you use for Livewire? I think one could be either Morrigan or Psylocke, but I'm not sure  .

Awesome doomsday  Mix of bases, colors, details, all is great.
Blob is very well done ; not too sure but i think it would look even better if the head was a little more fat (dunno maybe it's the chin that looks too normal for him)

Hmm thats funny u said that. i was kinda thinkin the same at first. But it still looks hot though. Im sure Batz can probably touch it up more. I think that would be a hot char. I think the Fist of the northstar style hypers (By the Arc systems) would do him just right in some cool @ss way. Im thinking about How Heart is in that fighting game and that could be Blobs Effects
