MK Chun Li kills off 8 MORE retarded characters!

oh great, it looks like Chun li has encountered not 4 but 8 retarded characters! sounds like chun Li's work isn't though until she kills all retarded mugen characters!

Willow: lame attacks, badly implement spirtes, and she has a KFM deathcry

Peta wolf: a crappy KFM edit. he has no CLSN 1 in his light punch,
he has some stolen stuff in him like the spirtes and supers and specals

Super Luigi: there is no author listed in the DEF. the spirtes looks as
if they were stolen from ShinRyoga's older version of Supermario.
what makes hims retarded? his sounds are mario's instead and his
sprites are quite glitchy.

Neo: Lame attacks, crappy spirtes.

and for the last 4, they are all created by Arctarus. they all have blooted states, crappy spirtes, lame attacks, and just like the rest of his characters.
targets: CVS Axe, Kill Bill O-Ren_Ishii
CVS Blaze and CVS Shiva.

notes: for the first part, Chun li's attack was reduced to 50 but in the 2ed, I had to put them back to 90 since Arctarus's has blooted states and I skiped the first round with CVS Axe. you are not missing anything since he don't have much of an intro and win pose.

and also, I would like to give some thanks to Ermac Won for his open source, Mortal kombat Armageddon announcer's sound pack. as I've used them to replace chun Li's old announcer's sound pack with them.

Hmmm, to be honest i don't know i have never uploaded a video before let alone record, anyways it doesn't matter if you can't pull of super arts that well, just as long as you own or beat those horrible creations if that's what your going to upload soon.

well, I use snagit (it's paided for) and I usely do my recoarding with windows. (I can't recoard well with full screen.) and yea, I just don't get with some of guys are makes such rejectable characters like these.

yes indeed some can be very bad but i believe many of these chars are either

1.. joke chars meant for making you laugh or pissed.
2. cheap so nobody else's chars can beat them. 
3. rushed work or a very lazy creator.
