Street Fighter 1 Ultimate Ryu

My version of Street Fighter 1 Ryu. Hit the start button during a match to see his move list. To pick Evil Ryu you need to hold the start button before selecting the character. Enjoy!!

Fixed sprite priority on hyper fireballs.
Added force stand on Ultimate Dragon Punch and Shin Shoryuken hypers. Also changed the velocity of opponent's a little to help both moves connect easier after the first hit.
All hypers now have juggle = 0.
Standing strong punch is slightly faster.
Added priority to voice sounds so they can be canceled when getting hit.
Opponents can now be hit when on fire.
Evil Hyper Dragon Punch will stop after the second uppercut if the opponent is not in a hit state.
Fixed a problem with Evil Ryu not using his ultimate.
Evil Hyper Dragon Punch damage has been reduced by 30 points.
Evil Hyper Dragon Punch now correctly triggers on power=1000.
Evil Hyper Dragon Punch changed some FX.
Air Hyper Fireball command fixed.
Removed foreground during KO explosion.
Added nothing as an intro option.
Changed ID of weak fireball to the correct one.
