PITTSBURGH!

its hard to explain burgh slang, like we say younse and yinse instead of ya'll and you guys/people

and people in philly call pop "soda".....ITS FREAKIN POP!

*people here call ciggerettes squares instead of sigs/smokes whutev

*pittsburgh is one of very few places where the black people say "dude" lol

Dude like, no wai?

Me i talk with a mix of 80's surfer mixed with the world mixings of the south, but i understand it all...
But once in a while i toss in something from the 50's like spiffy or keen, or 23 skadoo!
The only times ive used the current street slang you see all the hip cats using is when im joking with my homies, trying to sound like a stuck up white guy as a joke. But i have been known to use a bit of it from time to time.

I mix it all up and make it my own, i liek to keep it real like that, cuz im 1337 LOL so im not really leet that last little bit was ment as a joke, thought ide put this here incase anyone thought i was really being stuck up.

Slang is a way to identify yourself and show confidence. Unfortunately the more difficult to understand you are, the more difficult it is to make the bling bling.

cali bay area slang from where i from we call each other blood (but we aint bloods) hense da avi. this one sound kinda weird but we call each other rouge to.

but to make it sound tight u dont barely pernounce da g at the end of rouge

example Wat da f**k rouge.

i got this out from wikipedia about my hood. my hood is hella small but read wat it says

wikipedia: East Palo Alto has an unenviable reputation for crime and poverty, a reputation well deserved during the 1980s and early 1990s (in 1992, the city had the highest per-capita murder rate in the country with 42 murders[3]).

Now how in da hell does one of da smallest city in the united states have the highest crime rate in da country. it get crazy in my hood specially in da summer

more info about my hood right here:

I'm in Detroit, our slang is "Ima whoop yo @$$ you b**** @$$ Muh'f****"

I just speak pretty formal english though I might throw in dawg or man once in a while. Plus some more youth-known slang (i.e. J's=Jordans, Forces=Air Force Ones, Ye's=Cartier Lenses, etc.). People at school think I'm weird because I don't talk like I'm retarded and I don't swear at school.

Slang is a way to identify yourself and show confidence. Unfortunately the more difficult to understand you are, the more difficult it is to make the bling bling.
:lies:
Turn on the radio and tell me one thing these ignorant young rappers are saying. They have an Escalade sittin on chrome 24s that they whip to the clubs and they aren't even old enough to drive.

We use some crazy slang here, well I think its crazy.
When we say what up we'll say "what's stackin".   If a ni99a in ur face or trying to start somethin u be like "u feel some type of way?"  Or just hit the ni99a.   Instead of ya dig we say "you sniff me"  Just some examples.  Too many others to talk about.

:D I was hoping you wouldn't see this. Yes, it is true all rappers say untrue stuff I meant real music as in Jay, Nas, Kanye, Lupe, Pharell, Talib, Mos, Eminem, Pac. You know people who rap about more than rims and dancing in the club.

Well in L.A. if you are with the latinos they speak spanglish and when you are with most black people the speak Ebonics with the excessive use of person of color/person of color. People either speak those two types of slang or they speak proper. Sometimes you meet people that are from the valley and it's a migrane talking to them.
