ANITA MVC1 ATTACK MECHANICS

I've always had interest in reproducing this attack of Anita from MVC1, but i don't know it will fit perfectly with these two mechanics:

The mansion objects get circulating her body almost in an elliptical swing, doctor doom and megaman can offer the code, but can we reproduce it as the original game? does someone know the code? are 14 objects to make the circle before to be thrown on opponent.
