My friend started a podcast and I'm on it (on the left).

that's something about that title that reminds of something else that's pretty painful to remember (something that, thank God, I only heard about and never watched).

anyway, I may sound a bit out of place, but my question is genuine: what's the purpose of a podcast in general and, in this case, for the MUGEN community/phenomenon? the reason of this questions is that I've never understood podcasts in general terms, as "private radios" or something like that. mind to share your point of view?

Well, usually podcasts are themed after an idea or concept. For instance, 1 podcast I personally listen to every week is Super Best Friendcast. Super Best Friends is a youtube LP chanel, so their podcast is video game related, plus they talk about what happened during their week of camera and then they answer fan questions at the end.

"That's How You Sound" is literally just a vehicle for my friend to work out thoughts and ideas he comes up with during his weeks and I get to talk about nerd stuff, so that's why I'm there. We're not really doing it to like be famous or anything, but if pepole like it, then that's a bonus.
