Another fun aquatic stage for Mugen 1.0 and Mugen 1.1. I did as much as I could to make the stage a little more 3D by making use of yscale. Other fun stuff I added like swirling ocean, waves crashing , more lighting options, moving clouds, dolphins & rain. The Mugen 1.0 versions ocean is a little jumpy on the movement because I had to keep turning ID's on and off to get it to animate & I removed the parallax.

LoL, that's the first thing I thought "This stage is so bland, surly i can do better than what's been started".

Would be cool to add some weather transition in the BG, going from stormy to sunny.
