MGMX = Megamix. After 2 years of kofa, back to cps3 style.
Same thing as the ReHyped/Megamix characters I've edited (Ryu, Ken, Ryuuken, Iron Man).
MVC styled gameplay based on my ToSix project.

Looks really amazing!
I love The watchmen and I love having a Mr. Manhattan so powerful and cool. It really have the scent of the character. I would only add a multiple clone grab move, where a couple of clones hit the fighter simultaneously from both sides.

Personally I always felt Dr. Manhattan for mugen should be one of those "insta win, infinite health joke characters." Where every move and combo was just an instant fatality. The idea was basically those moves you have there, but each one ends with a win and fatality popping up.

Dr Manhattan has been updated today.

- hitboxes are horribly unoptimized.

Yeah I know, I used the Fighter Factory automatic lazy way...

- the RDP+K does 400 when chained into itself.

FIXED.

- clone attack can create clones. Well, clones that aren't supposed to be there.

I understand the Urien base and all..& It honestly looks great...But come on bro. At least make his play style unique and different from Urien. It's a pet peeve of mine in mugen to see characters that look alike face each other with similar play styles.

Duracelleur, All you need to do is add a few little things here and there. Dr.M isn't one to throw punches or kicks.  Open hands with the projectiles, no closed fist strikes. more energy, less brute force. As stated, nothing major.
