How do you resize chars

y'know, like making chibi chars big or regular chars small...

Go to the cns file and change the X and Y scale.

Moving on with the resizing matter...how do you make a character`s proyectile and effects not to stay on the same position?I know there`s a way to bring their effects to scale as well

You may have to go into the sprite file and move the sprites around, or in the CNS go to where the projectile is coded, and mess around with the x and y values.
