Looks cool, but I would like it even more without Morbius and blade in the background. Also, the city BG looks stretched.

love your stage. but I feel that the two character sprites need to go. don't get me wrong MatreroG, But you do what you think is right when come making your own stages. but I feel that two characters sprites on that background don't fit in that kind of atmosphere and just stating my own opinion buddy, but everything you did on this stage is SUPER AWESOME 

I see what you and Dev mention; those chars do not share the same saturation color as the background and not blend into it. So they are at the same level as the main characters.
My first intention was to recreate an episode of Spiderman TAS (1994)

I like the stage before so I'm keeping it.  cameos are fine if they are doing stuff in the background like loganirs stages.  so maybe if blade was fighting someone or morbius was drinking a girls blood
