Iceberg Lounge

I've checked everywhere on the Internet to find a stage on the famous Iceberg Lounge of the Penguin, but i've never found a real working one.
Maybe there is one and I just didn't fall on it, but I finally decided to make my own stage.
This is my first try for a stage, this is made pretty loosely (I'm more of a spriter and nothing of a coder  ) but a the end the result is working pretty well.
