converting may be easy, i think this shredder are from arcade... i edit these type of sprites, i would help u but i'm already bused with 2 sprites projects 
it's just resizing and remaking the shading, it's easy but take a lot of time.

I'm actually not that good at spriting , jus good with photoshop and editing existing spritezZ.
 It's ok if you're busy  , hey who knowzZ maybe in future when you done with the 2 projects you're working on
