Making Videos the music is too loud!!

Hey guys,

I'm using SnagIt to record my videos and whenever I want sound to go with the video the sound is always too loud!  Here is a example of what I'm trying to say:

it can be the video codec sometimes i think.....

Tips...

1. When recording turn your volume low, to about 20...
2. Dont have music connected to a stage when recording, instead go back and edit the video and add music with windows movie maker.
3. If you need to show off menus and stuff, keep the volume low like in tip 1 but then edit the volume in Movie maker to desired sound.

thanks guys I figured it out, I had my volume way pass 10 !!!
