Cutman's Big Scissor Snip Hyper help-EDIT

 I need help on executing this: D, DB, B + 2Kicks  - Big Scissor Snip Hyper with Cutman. I tried to do that hyper, but can't for some odd reason. It's because when I tried, I usually get the Summon Cutter Item and nothing else.
Does anyone know how to fix that? If you can help, I surely appreciate it! :)

BTW, only his AI can manage to do this hyper. I saw in the Watch mode.

There should be a patch that Excursion posted to fix that.

Try taking a look at the release section and see if its still posted.

It usually works for me to just press two kick buttons at the same time, instead of doing two kicks at the end.

If it dosen't work, then I'll continue on with this thread until I  get more help. :)

BTW
If anyone (mostly newcomers or others who dosen't know the name of the hyper) gets confused of that the hyper is, it isn't the giant shear machine. It's the giant head-shears one, just to clarify the thread. XD

I had tried out that move today and it still dosen't work. It must've been the coding for Player 1 or something because I saw the AI pulled it off. O.o

I had a thought to copy and paste in the coding for the hyper. Maybe if there's a way to make it available for Player 1 (me)?

I'm only here for help with getting the hyper to work. Still I'm open for some help. So anyone who knows how to fix the Cutman hyper so it will work when I play as Cutman, go right ahead and give me some good advice. :)
