We have country's where kids are being taught that cutting off a man's head is fine, as long as they are of a deferent faith, but a WW lunchbox crosses the line?

I'd sue, put the name of the school AND the one responsible for it on the net. Those people would be famous laughing stock by the time I'm done with them.
