I want to get back into M.U.G.E.N again! Any tips on how to get started?

As the title says, I want to get back into this hobby of mine. The last major pixel art work made was two years ago when I was a Senior and I have too much free time in my hands. I also want to improve my pixel art skills so that I'll be able to make my own animations, although this is probably not right place for me to inquire such a thing.

What have you guys been up to, and what advice can you provide to me and many others getting started? And are there any tools and tutorials for us that we should be aware of?

Well first off, welcome back to the crew  ...

Second, I'm not much of a pixel artist, but if it's one thing I know, it's refreshing the memory. Unless you never got cold feet, I suggest messing around with stuff as far as the art department goes and see what you remember. Improve on previous error's (if any), and once you got stuff down, share what you have and just do it for fun, and keep it going!

As for me, i've just been innovating Ikemen engine and been working on my Mugen Online project (which is available if you want to check it out)... But yeah, i feel ya. I just technically finished high school and on my way to college.
