how do i make a mvc2 hyper portrait

i keep tryin to make it but i dont really know how to work paint shop pro x but i have the image and the hyper portrait template here is an example of a good one

First add it on the sff, then make a new anim, and search for the statedef of the special,  then add a code of an explod and thats it
