[COMMENT]

Stage 1-1 of Mighty Morphing Power Rangers. It's got that superjump, looped bgm, zoomin' out goodness yall love. The bgm is a cool guitar cover of the original bgm. Thanks to Shaybe at Spriters Resource for the sprite rips. Now download and strike a pose! KEYAHH!

Thanks, bro. The stage was meant for smaller characters.

Well could edit the stage def file and modify the stage y and x scaling or just add localcoords to make it look bigger IF you are using 1.0 or 1.1 is easy just take like 2 mins to edit.

Good stage btw @SonyVegezRyu   :thumbsup:

As an alternative, you could also add or change the localcoord in the chars themselves to make them smaller...

Though this is probably more useful for a full game using other stages of a similar size. I suppose it depends on what resolution you play the game in.

It's a waste of time to scale the background. Just scale how big you want the characters appear on the stage by adding [Scaling] to the background Def.

[Scaling]
topz     = 0
botz     = 50
topscale = 1
botscale = 1.2

Change the value that I highlighted in red to make characters appear larger or smaller on the stage. A higher number would make them bigger and a lower number will make them smaller. I tested it and a value of 0.80 seems to be perfect.

Couldn't get it working.

I tested it on my friends comp since I was over at his house and bored. Apparently he is using an older version of Mugen. I tested it on my comp when I got home and your right it's no longer working for Mugen 1.0 and higher. That sucks because I was thinking about making a stage specifically for this feature.

Edit : I just found a thread at Elecbyte that confirms it no longer works, sigh. http://elecbyte.com/forum/index.php?topic=1729.0

Edit again: I was able to get the characters to a good size for the stage by playing around with Mugen 1.1 zoom parameters and x/yscale, but i'm having trouble with the zoffsetlink. It doesn't seem to be moving the chars at the same speed as the background for the intro. I'm tired of messing with it so i'll send you what I got and maybe you can find a fix or just throw out the intro for an alt version of the stage.

Dang. That sucks. But I see you made some progress. I'll download your version and give it a go. Maybe we can unlock the key to this puzzle and help out others as well. :rules:

LoL, I didn't notice any bounds problems either. Even though I couldn't get the result I was hoping for. I'm glad I messed with it because it was a good learning experience. Now I can finally work on some Shinobi stages with confidence. Keep up the grand work Vegaz!
