Some chars won't load(will not show up on select screen)help!

So I have around 250 Mugen chars so far and around 30 will not work(they will not show up on the character selection screen).I have tried everything(changing the name of the chars folder to match the chars .DEF file name,trying the Winmugen aswell as the 1.0 .DEF file, even just typing the name of the character beside name= in the .DEF file and not the .DEF name like you're supposed to ) but no hope .The crazy thing is, some of the characters(GhostRider,SpaceWarrior,and Dolmel) I have used before(on a different screenpack) but does not work now(or on this screenpack possibly).Here are the charatcers that don't work:

Now the names listed above are EXACTLY how they are spelled/capitalized on the .DEF file.I type it EXACTLY like that in the select.DEF file but still no luck.I even try no capital letters nut no luck.Any answers on why it does this and how to fix it ?.Any help will be appreciated!

Common reason for this is folder in a folder, i assume that's not the case here?

Spaces should be fine but can be bad. Just taking a random example in your list.

chars\Leo\Leo.def is the folder structure there? And in the select.def you just have Leo? Please don't assume that's the case, check anyway (i'm sure you have, but people miss things when they're frustrated)

Here is a pic of the inside of the Leo folder: http://http://imageupper.com/i/?S0200010070011A139222224664585  As you can see the .DEF file is Leo and that's EXACTLY what I have typed in the select.DEF file but nothing shows up.I don't have to have to put Leo.DEF do I?,(I know you're not supposed to but nothing else works) because all my other chars that work only have the name of the .DEF file and not .DEF added.Any ideals now?

Well, from what I see, the folder "LEO" is all caps and the .def file is just "Leo". They need to match exactly.

The name of the .DEF file is Cyberbots_killerBee and thats the SAME name that I put in the Select.DEF file(capitalized and lowercased letters and all) and the folder name aswell.What am i doing wrong,this is the same way I did the other 200 and something characters and they came out OK.In the Select.DEF file,If i was to put Cyberbots_KillerBee and add the .def part would that work?.Man this is so hard to fix for some reason.Again any help is appreciated.

I could be wrong but it looks like its Cyberbots_KillerBeeDEF when it should be Cyberbots_KillerBee.def
From that pic I can't see I full stop between bee and def

it also does not have .DEF as the name of the file(if thats what you're talking about) yet it still works.Man 3 people and no solution,wonder what's wrong.

Then it looks like the def file name is Cyberbots_KillBeeDEF
Delete the DEF and see if that works. There's definitely something wrong with the naming of the char folder or the def file or the name in the select def

Dream I didn't quite understand what you said(sorry) so I will post it again.As you can see in the other pic,the name of the character's .DEF file(Cyberbot_KillerBee.DEF) and the character's folder is EXACTLY the same(the same letters capitalized and lowercased in the characters .DEF file are capitalized and lowercased in the characters folder and vise versa).And in the Select.DEF file, again as you can see http://imageupper.com/i/?S0200010070011T1392264976643780
,it's EXACTLY the same(the characters folder name and .DEF file name is Cyberbot_KillerBee so I copied that in the Select.DEF file EXACTLY again with every letter capitalized and lowercased where needed).I don't know what to do at this point  .I am doing everything right as I have done the same steps with my other 200 and something chars and they work but the 30 or so chars I listed above don't.Really pissing me off

Lets try a few other things as well.

Take a character you KNOW works. Put a ; in front of their name, preferably a character right before a broken one. Does the busted one suddenly start working? There is nothing wrong with your folder structure. Leo is exempt from spaces in his name so that's not the issue there.

Looking at the list of "not working", and the fact they're sequential. They're not off screen and you just can't see them are they? Seriously, there is nothing wrong with what you've got, it's obviously to do with the screenpack. I think it's where they are in the select.def rather than any actual problem. A lot of screenpacks have .def files with things like

;Leave Blank

In them, which are for spacing and such, could be the case here? Dunno, Post screenshot of the select as well if you can.

I found the problem,it was my screenpack. I downloaded Mugen again in another place on my computer(So i don't loose my 200+ characters).and used the default screenpack and all the characters loaded up Any ideal on how to make it work on BrokenMugen(the screenpack i'm using)?.I would hate to download another screenpack and it does the same thing.If not do you know of a screen pack that can hold around 600 characters and has a marvel VS DC look?.I appreciate all of you guy's help
