It's basically just Magus now and all he focuses on are the chibi characters. I don't visit often anymore so I'm not sure of much more beyond that.

Some may still be working on their personal projects privately and will show progress or release them when they are ready. Before SD Forum became sort of a ghost town, very few dragons posted a lot. Mostly only during holidays and their special events. But that was mostly Magus and Buyog that handled that. My guess is that the SD team is older and busier with real life. Some members may have given up on ever finishing the MvDC game. That's not to say it can't happen someday, but there's a good chance it might not ever be finished to the full capacity that the SD team originally dreamed of. I can't speak for them of course, but that's pretty much what I remember seeing happen. But who knows, some people could come out of "retirement" and dreams can come true. :)

I still visit Buyog's blog where he shows progress every now and then.

Of course last progress or news was shown in July 2013 but i hope he returns cause he has great plans for Mandarin, Parasite, Sinestro and Updated Elektra.

I think this is true.  I know there can be a lot of drama between creators and even entire MUGEN sites, but I try to stay out of all that and focus more on the fact that everybody has different ideas and methods, but they are all doing their part and contributing to the community as a whole.  We all love MUGEN. In the grand scheme of things, we're still a relatively small group and we're all familiar with each other.  When people come or go, we make an impact on each other and the future of MUGEN and that should not go unrecognized.  So thank you to everyone who has come along with us, teaching us, supporting us.  IMT, ScruffyDragon, and everyone in between! We support you too!  I've been with MUGEN for a decade and I hope for another decade to come!

Dragons will never really die honestly. You will always be reminded of the quality and creativity of that team. They have set the standard and continue to do so with the many years of top of the line characters. No pal swaps no cut corners on animations and some of the best hypers, intros and special moves made than and now. Only way you can kill Scruffy off is to do better. If you asked anyone their top comic characters most of them will in fact be scruffy creations.

SD still inspires me in every single edit I make. When I get lazy, I think of Loganir's work and it kinda pushes me forward. They were the best. So much dedication and hard work will never be forgotten. Good thing that we still have Twinimage, Verz or Loganir and now.. Bizarro_Toro.

I am not sure if anyone remembers the last teaser for DCvsMarvel it really looks like the best full game I ever seen. The way Hulk and Superman were fighting was insane. And really looked like what you would see if those two clashed. I wish someone could find it. I looked for it on Buyogs but it was deleted through inactivity.

Love it or hate it though it was there structure as a team I think which led to such great creations. Something that most people shy away from. Which is the guys at the top were proven and knew what they were doing. While the newbies excepted that way and the quality and went forward learning first before they started to show there work as Dragons. I believe they were squires or something.

If they're really gone, that's a damn shame. I've been waiting patiently for the next update to Pocket World DC, and the next project which has tons of progress so far, Pocket World Marvel. I never appreciated chibi characters until I played PWDC, then I was hooked. Anyways, I hope all the dragons are just slumbering right now like dragons are known to do.

I think the pockets are still going. You could even check there from time to time Magus and Dr.Strange give a bunch of updates on that. I believe its pocket Mojo World.

I have a strong disagree with that phrase. I have some names that are just names, because their work is utter bad, they are just overrated.

But its better to not go too far on this subject...
