I used to have him too. Personally, I thought he was crap.

He isn't really bad, but I expected more from an Orochi Gill. Of course, I'm glad his powers aren't increased like the other Orochi chars, but everything he's got is a couple of Rugal's attacks with Iori's flames. He is so much weaker, that even his ressurection requires 3 energy bars, while normal Gill's require only one (I know both are the full energy, but it still makes it easier).
