Yeah... look at The Last of us. They used Ellen Pages likeness. Ellen wasn't to happy at all. She didnt take action but it was made known that she could. 

I believe they can sue over use of there likeness because they use  their image to make money. So with out asking for there consent your stealing from them.

Hmmm so i wonder if this also means that any Elvis and Michael jackson impersonators 9 any star impersonator for that matter) who do get paid for appearance shows  for stuff can be sued because they are profiting off of actual stars ( tho deceased) and be sued by their families?   Because they do it and do it for a living some of them. this all too crazy for me.

So what if you look like an actor who looks like a guy on a game,cartoon,animated picture or comic can you Sue? Or do you need to be "famous". Or Infamous in her case.

Look you can sue for anything. I can sue you for being born.  somethings are just non-since and will be dismissed or thrown out.But  Its all about the way the case is presented.  Also the law is weird. Im not a lawyer so i dont know why some of the people can sue for use of there likeness but we have impersonator that go free.
