Atlus has officially announced Persona 5 for PS3, the game is planned for a winter 2014 release in Japan, with Katsura Hashino as the director, Shigenori Soejima as the character designer and Shoji Meguro as the music composer.

A Japanese Grade 6 boy from Ibaraki Prefecture has filed a lawsuit involving 3DS Camera in Japan, he is suing 7 classmates who bullied him, seeking damages of 10 million yen (US$97,800). Back in September the 7 classmates took him to one of the classmate's house, stripped off his clothing, took photos of his naked body with a 3DS camera, and shared the photos with other people through the 3DS image sharing app Nintendo Letter Box/SwapNote. Nintendo has suspended the image sharing service in November in the wake of obscene photo sharing. (Source: Yahoo Japan)

J-Stars Victory  news!



Jonathan Joestar and Joseph Joestar, of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure fame, and Meisuke Nueno, from Jigoku Sensei Nube, will be playable.  Hironobu Kageyama, Akira Kushida, and Hiroshi Kitadani will sing the game’s theme song, “Fighting Stars.”  Consumers who pre-order the game will receive the J-Stars Victory Book, a Jump Comics book filled with information and visuals of Jump characters.​


Just needs Kenshiro now and I'm good. Still, weird that they didn't get any stand users for the Jojo representatives.

Actually, Jonathan and Joseph are the first two Jojos (Jonathan, the Kenshiro looking dude, was the first Jojo during Phantom Blood and Joseph, Jonathan's grandson and grandfather to Jotaro, the most well known Jojo, was the protagonist of Part 2: Battle Tendency, and my personal favorite Jojo). They where around in the manga before stands and used the ripple, attacks with the power of the sun, to battle vampires, zombies, and immortal god-like dudes. Dio was originally the main villain of Phantom Blood, before he came back 100 years later with time-y powers. Stands didn't show up until part 3: Stardust Crusaders. I personally prefer the ripple to stands, but it's weird not seeing them in here.

Also, I HIGHLY recommend the new anime as it covers the first two parts (Part 2 is my second favorite part, after Part 7: Steel Ball Run). Season two will be about Part 3, which the old anime was about, except the old one left out and changed ALOT. This one will follow the manga, which, believe it or not, was MUCH more epic.

atmosphere looks good. reminds me of dead island but better. BUT i really dont like how they got all the zombies looking THE SAME....that was pretty lazy in developer creativity. I hope they step that up before release^^

Nintendo announced an unexpected title during the Nintendo Direct, it is Zelda Musou [Hyrule Warriors] for Wii U, a collaboration project with Koei Tecmo. Satour Iwata said it is not the next mainline Zelda game, it will have Dynasty Warriors style gameplay featuring Link and other characters in the Zelda series.

Bandai Namco confirmed that J-Stars Victory Vs. will not have any paid characters through DLC, all characters will be in the game from the beginning. Bandai Namco announced that an Ansion Sound Edition of the game will be available on Mar 19, the PS3 edition will be 10980 yen and the Vita edition will be 9980 yen. The Anison Sound Edition will include a Soundtrack Album with 21 tracks from the anime series featured in the game.

Bandai Namco also announced J-Stars Victory Vs. AR for PS Vita, an augmented reality app which is available in Japan PS Store now, you can unlock characters from the AR cards, the first one is the AR card for Son Goku from Dragon Ball Z, which will be packaged with the Dec 21 issue of V-Jump magazine for free.

-In an interview with 4Gamer, Capcom's Kazunori Sugiura declared that the company plans on "reaffirming their presence" in the fighting genre next year. Whether Sugiura-san is referring to Ultra SF4 or a brand new title is unknown. Sugiura-san added that there are many "unannounced games" that will surprise fans in 2014.



-Chaos Heroes Online is a Japanese multiplayer battle arena (or MOBA) game from Sega.
