I know why they cut it? Because it represents a gift from Mariko and a sort of samurai suit that would make him a batman, or the latest MK scorpian
more like it, it takes out the human element of Logan, and huhg Jackman, and leaves you with a possible stunt double in a mask or worse Ben aflick
as cool as the suit is he can't wear it

I felt for a while the Japanese/Samurai setting for Wolverine would be perfect to introduce the mask. Looks like they had the same idea, but obviously it wasn't important enough to the story to have it in the cut. Oh well. There's rumors of another Wolverine movie with Jackman and same director, so maybe we'll see the mask in that one hopefully.

I just hope they use the damn suit and  not think its gonna be silly to see jackman in it. after seeing watchmen those years ago and see how their suits were they can f*ckin nail wolverine. even edit and cut the scene effects where he pulls his mask backwards off like a hoodie to take a cigar smoke.....lil signature sh*t like that would pop
