Superman, because he is fine tuned soldier, and the Sentry just isnt stable, and more of a normal guy. Supes is like Captain America with the power of a God. Strength wise its really hard to say because Superman may be more powerful now do the revamp of the DC Multiverse. In the 90's theyd be dead on, but now Supes may be more like his 70's early 80,s power level, moving planets, ect.
