Jubilee by Chimoru

I'm officially announcing my WIP here at IMT.  This is my first character, so she won't be perfect, but I hope she can be a welcome addition to your collections.  Intensity has given me permission to use his base for this edit or update, or whatever you wanna call it.  ZVitor was also nice enough to lend me some code and Mazemerald gave me some sprites to use, but most of the new ones are my own. I could still use more help and resources, so if anyone has some Jubilee open source stuff they wouldn't mind me using, please contact me!  If you have any ideas as well, I'm open to listening.  Here is a video of the latest progress I've made with her.

Stuff I've done.

* The new hypers
* One new firework special attack.
* Re-sprited and updated some of her basics, though she still needs a medium crouching kick and all her aerials redone.
* New walk, jumps, and dashes.  Her forward run needs to be re-sprited.  I did them first, but I can do a bit better now.

I could use sprites and special move ideas.

Also, I'm not do any kind of Wondra or Vampire Jubilee stuff.  I'd like to keep her classic 90s.

I'm an idiot and forgot to show the updated fireworks attack (fireball) in the 2nd video.
it's shown in the first here.


But for the basic firework  I used the treach coat flapping animation that she has in the Hyper version of the 2nd video. It's just shorter. (If that makes sense. )

I'm impressed, she's looking great and fluid. My only nitpick would be that her glasses magically fall and raise in between animations for no reason. Beyond that little thing, she's really coming along well.

I'm impressed, she's looking great and fluid. My only nitpick would be that her glasses magically fall and raise in between animations for no reason. Beyond that little thing, she's really coming along well.

I'm working on that. When I resprite her old sprites, I usually raise them up.  I wanted to have her lower them only whenever she used her fireworks, but maybe I'll have it so that she only does it for hypers.

I've finally gotten all her standing and crouching moves done, I just have to redo her aerials and then fix up her special and hypers.

I did her Strong Crouch Kick tonight, what do you think?  I used Maki as a base.

Pretty smooth, very exited with the progress also eager to finally get to play as my beloved Jubilee.
I would like to suggest a move, what about a sparkling grab where she puts her opponent into a dizzy state?
Just an idea.

only thing i would suggest is to maybe have her glasses on? i remember her always putting them when some fight starts.. and looks cooler, not so childish and anime like too)
