Decapre, of course. She has a deformed face covered by a mask (people should say "AAAAAAAHHH" when seeing her, she is also an assassin), she has appeared in Juli & Juni's intro at her first appearence in SFA3, and she is playable in MUGEN, and her name means December, its DECAPRE.

YUP  . so until i see her factually revealed.. its still just another wild goose chase to who the 5th character is.   could her , could retsu, could be anyone. the mystery lives on!

ono has stated that the new character is not retsu and will be a female character and that it is not r.mika  i really want to see her and karin in street fighter again. maybe in tekken x streetfighter  is that game even in production anymore

Harada said it wasn't dead a few months ago. I have a theory that Eliza in Tekken Revolution is a testing ground for getting Street Fighter like moves to work well in a Tekken like environment. A while back, Harada stated that the team was having trouble implementing projectiles without breaking the game, but as we can now see, it looks like they are figuring it out with Eliza:

  im surprised that projectiles a re a problem for them. the mishima characters have beams and alisa has her rocket punch and they made plenty of projectile weapons in tekken tag 2. just make it the same as all the mentioned stuff unblockable with alo of startup time. the only problems i see for the game is making characters like vega and blanka work in a 3d environment

ontopic: it looks like you guys might be right about it being the doll with the mask. but that would be disappointing to me. i want someone with a unique fighting style not a cammy clone. i remember juni and juli having the same moves as her in alpha 3 so my guess is they all fight that way

   its not another doll ...lawd answer my prayers ...PLEASE!. i never really liked them anyway cause as said.. just another clone even if some move sets are different. i am hoping for a more interesting and unique character with some good gameplay.

devil beams and Alisa rockets have long startups and can be avoided by crouching. Ryu's hadouken is neither of these.

the game won't be street fighter. they have the freedom to change things...you know like how capcom gave jin projectiles and how he and  all of the characters play completely different to fit in a 2d street fighter game...

Earlier tonight, Capcom UK’s Street Fighter community manager David “Dawgtanian” Hinds provided information on an interesting new feature that was recently revealed for Ultra Street Fighter IV at Taipei Game Show in Taiwan.

The upcoming release will include support for direct uploading to YouTube, allowing players to share their online matches with the world via the popular video service. Quality options will also be available upon uploading.

Hinds also hinted that additional unannounced features could be in store for Ultra Street Fighter IV, so stay tuned for more details as we near the title’s release later this year.

yep they said its not retsu, the 5th character will be a female from the street fighter udon comics which can be a number of people. some of the guesses are rose's master, one of bison's doll bodyguards, or lita from delta red
