I'm actually kinda confused about why a game that takes place after street fighter II and before III would have all the guys from II in it.

I would think that most of them would have settled their beef and moved on after bison died.

I'm also curious how bison came back from the dead.

This won't be the first time he comes back, and the reason SFII Chars arent in SFIII yet they will be in SF4, is becouse some fighters my have retired and maybe SF4 will explain this, the timeline of the fighters showing up in the game makes perfect sense, it's like they are explaining why they arent in SFIII and maybe show some back history of SFIII characters, that's why I'm thinking there will be SFIII chars in SF4!

Edit: The only way to defend against Shun Goku Satsu is by clearing the mind of all desire, guilt, hatred, and anger! Maybe Bison knew this... He's such a cool, I'm sure he knew this, ! Or maybe it'll have some twist about Akuma actually taking Bisons good part of the soul that was in rose to hell and actually juding that, not the soul bison had in him! Ok, now I'm confused...first Capcom says we were not gonna get any of the New Challengers from SSF2 or get any SFA characters and now they decide to toss them them in anyway!? Looks to me that like they don't know what they are doing or know what they want to do....I guess they lost focus of what they planned and are just throwing in as many characters as possible now. Not that it's a bad thing, just a tad confusing because they are contradicting themselves now....Hell, SF3 characters might end up in at this rate. They should focus on gameplay rather than how many characters they can toss in...because at this rate it's gonna end up a unbalanced game and they already need to fix and ajust the new system they are using. I have a feeling this game is gonna be a big flop for them, but I do hope for the best. Now if Fei Long got in....where's my Cammy!? And thank god for a PC version....cause I can't afford a PS3 and I'm not getting a crapbox 360.

THE... f**k! Since when does adding more characters mean that they arent concentrating on the gameplay, they never said they where not getting any of the new fighters from SF2, they said they would bring back ALL the original fighters! And why wouldnt there be any SFIII chars in this game.. I mean hello, it's right b4 SFIII, anyways, I can honestly see Dan being in every SF game, he is the "joke / goofy" character of the franchise! I highly doubt there will be any SFA characters in SF4, but it wouldnt be out of line to add them, so far this game looks like it'll be another cool SF title!

But I need to get some things off my chest here and I am very sorry for going off topic. I am quite sick of any post I read from you..you are always rude and insulting and are egotistical and think you know everything and are better than everyone else. Your nasty attitude has got to go. People here can't even have an opinion without you lashing out at them and saying they are wrong. We all have an opinion about this game and we have a right to express that opinion, but by no means should anyone force their opinions on other people. I am not trying to insult you here, but you do seem like a Capcom fanboy, you blindly worship this company and refuse to see their faults, but I guess there is no changing that...too many of those on the net. Anyway, Just let people express their opinion and reply in a polite manner...no need to get bent out of shape and yell at people because they don't agree with you. I have said my peace..I'm not gonna drag this out into a argument even if you make a nasty reply to this...just had to say what needed to be said..that is all.


 Now on topic...Capcom said the original SF2 characters...they meant the original 12. Capcom has obviously changed their minds about everything and the game is going in a different direction than they originally planned. I don't think having more characters is a bad thing, just that I hope it doesn't unbalance the game in any way. I have already heard from people that have played it and the system is not exactly perfect, but no fighting system is. The gameplay is not as smooth or as fast as we have come to expect and the saving system seems like a gimmick right now...Capcom needs to tweak this game to get it right, but being in 3D doesn't help matters for them. Plus I have heard about silly little things that could end up breaking this game. Capcom isn't making this game for the old skool hardcore fans, but for the casual players and to pull in new players. I'm still unsure of this game, but I'm still keeping an eye on it. I'll probably end up grabbing the PC version just for kicks and to have a fighter for my computer to play alone and online. If Cammy gets in..then I'm sold. I do hope for more SFA characters too, mostly grown up versions of Sakura and Karin would make me happy. So yeah, more characters isn't bad, I just don't want the gameplay to suffer because of it. I hope they get this game right and there is always online updates to fix things too if they choose to do so. Alright my rant is over...peace out

First off.. I'm agreeing with Darkgargos on this one... so... ha! 

Second off, there's not going to be any Street Fighter III chars in this game. As Capcom has announced (and it's stated on the Street Fighter wikipedia page), this game will be taking place after Street Fighter II and before Street Fighter III... so they most definitely will not be putting any of the new chars that were in SFIII....

Lastly, backhand slap is a girl's move, you little wuss.. I agree with Darkgargos's statement on how you'll listen only to yourself... why do you even bother joining any forum.. have you even do anything for MUGEN, in the first place... *says no* then shut it!!  This is not Diago land.

anyway the more characters they put in the better who ever they are i aint fussed about the nu characters
